Situated in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, Spa Park is a brand-new business park comprised of office, R&D, production and distribution units for some of the country’s leading companies. The project has been split into two phases, with phase 2 set to be complete by the end of 2023, with more than 35 acres of business space.
