Corrivo Building Products is always looking at ways to improve, and this year asked customers for feedback to gain insights into ways it can improve its products and services.
“Responses were very useful, and we were very pleased that it showed that customers think we do either ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ across the board,” says Scott Quig, National Sales Manager at Corrivo. “But we weren’t looking for a pat on the back, we wanted to know what’s important to our customers, and how we can improve. In the last 12 months, we have added more products and we wanted to check that we were hitting the mark with quality and service.
“Delivery is top of the list when it comes to choosing a supplier, second in importance is fast delivery services, so our delivery results of 85 percent as ‘excellent’ and 15 percent as ‘good’, were great. The third category of what customers want, is ease of ordering, and again we got good results with 80 percent saying ‘excellent’ and 20 percent ‘good’.
“In fact, all the responses were excellent or good, so we know that we are keeping customers happy. To enhance our service, we have recently brought in a weekly email that gives accurate turnaround times for the week ahead. This is really popular with customers.
“We are also excited to announce that there are new improvements coming into our delivery notification system so that order fulfillment will be even easier, and everyone who needs it will be able to get delivery information in real-time. “This information is so important as it means we can check that we are helping customers in the right way and continue to look at ways to give an even better service. As a thank you to customers participating in the survey, we ran a prize draw for a £100 Amazon voucher. It was Richard Cunningham at Weatherproofing Advisors who was picked at random from the entries.”
